The purpose of this quality manual is to establish and state the general policies governing G2 Quality Management System. These policies define management’s intended arrangements for managing our operations and activities in accordance with the framework established by ISO 9001:2000. These are the top-level policies representing the company's plans or protocol for achieving quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

All departmental or functional policies and procedures written must conform and parallel these policies. All changes to policies and procedures are required to be reviewed to ensure that there are no conflicts with these policies stated in this Quality Manual (QM).
